Joel Munoz joins Atletico Nacional

Atletico Nacional (LPB) agreed terms with experienced 42-year old point guard Joel Munoz (183cm-1980). The last time (2021) he played at Dragones in Panamanian LPB league. Munoz missed last season and had one year break from professional basketball.
He represented Panama at the Central American Games in Managua (Nicaragua) five years ago. His team won Gold.
Munoz is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Brazil (Liga Sorocabana de Basquete, FTC EAD Bahia and Jacarei), Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay, Venezuela, Panama (Canguros, Toros, Correcaminos, Caballos and Los Tigres) and Nicaragua (Leones de Managua). Munoz played in the final of Panamanian LPB in 2015 and 2021. He was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Centrobasket Honorable Mention back in 2012 and 2016.
It's very possible he may end his playing career at Atletico Nacional.
