Osos de Manati (BSN) have agreed terms with 25-year-old double-passport holder Panamanian point guard Jhivvan Jackson (182cm-77kg-1998, college: UTSA). He recently played for Tigers Tuebingen in the German ProA league, where he put up impressive stats of 19.8ppg, 2.9rpg, 4.5apg, and 2.1spg. Prior to that, he played for Spirou Charleroi in the Belgian Pro Basketball League, where he also showcased his skills with stats of 15.5ppg, 3.0rpg, 1.5apg, and 2.0spg in 2 games.
He represented Puerto Rico at the FIBA World Cup 2023 Americas Qualifiers last year. Jackson's team got to the Semifinals and his stats at that event were 2 games: 15.5ppg, 2.5rpg, 2.0apg, 2.0spg.
He has also played professionally in Belgium and Spain (Menorca).
He was voted All-C-USA Freshman of the Year in 2018 during his college career.
He graduated from the University of Texas San Antonio in 2021 and it's his third season as a pro player.
