Bishop comes back to Bayamon- June 18, 2024
Bishop represented Panama at the FIBA World Cup 2023 Americas Qualifiers last year. Bishop's team got to the Semifinals and he had 15 ppg. He is a very experienced player. Bishop has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to thirteen different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in Denmark (Bakken and Aalborg), Germany (Eisbaeren Bremerhaven), Japan (Kanazawa), Lithuania (Nevezis), Mexico (Halcones UV Xalapa), Panama (Correcaminos), Philippines (Meralco Bolts and Ginebra Kings), Poland (Spojnia), Romania (Pitesti), Taiwan (Suns), Puerto Rico (Capitanes, Cangrejeros and Mets), NBA G League (RGV Vipers) and Nicaragua (Real Esteli). His team made it to the PBA Commissioner's Final Four in 2024. He was voted Eurobasket.com All-Romanian League Forward of the Year in 2019 among many awards. Bishop graduated from Texas State at San Marcos in 2011 and it'll be his 15th season in pro basketball. He played also for Richland College for 2 years.
