Sesi/Franca inks Luis Rodriguez

Luis Rodriguez

Sesi/Franca Sao Paulo (Paulista) signed 26-year-old Panamanian guard Luis Rodriguez (198cm-100kg-1999, college: UNLV). He played this summer at Team Challenge ALS (The Basketball Tournament) in the U.S. In two TBT games just recently he had 5.5ppg, 2.0rpg, and 1.0apg. He also played for Indios de San Francisco (LNB) in the Dominican Rep. league.
Rodriguez has played professionally in the Dominican Republic and the NBA G League (Capitanes de Ciudad de Mexico).
Among many awards, his team made it to the National Prep Championship Semifinals in 2018. He was voted to the MWC All-Defensive Team in 2024 during his college time.
Rodriguez graduated from UNLV in 2024 and it will be his third season as a pro player. He played also for Ole Miss for 4 years.
