Olimpia celebrated 2018 Apertura title. They edged San Jose 70:69 in Game 4 of the championship series to conquer the trophy. W Baxley delivered 17 points to lead the champions. Olimpia grabbed an 18:15 lead after ten minutes. They arrived at halftime up by three points 34:31. Olimpia maintained the lead throughout the second half. Olimpia and San Jose recorded one win each at the start of the Apertura Finals. Olimpia claimed an 80:65 win in Game 1.
