Ocete comes back to Sol de America Asuncion

GABRIELA OCETE

Sol de America Asuncion (Metropolitan League) strengthened their roster with addition of 31-year old Paraguayan guard Gabriela Ocete (170-88). It is actually her comeback to Asuncion as she has played here before. Ocete played most recently at Lointek Gernika Bizkaia in Spanish LFB league. The last season she played at Al-Qazeres in Spain where in 26 games she recorded 10.4ppg, 2.7rpg, 5.6apg and 1.6spg. Good season as she was selected League Player of the Week (2 times).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Ocete received Eurobasket.com Spanish LFB All-Domestic Players Team award back in 2016.
She has played also professionally in France (Tarbes), Spain (Rivas Promete, IDK Gipuzkoa Universidad del Pais Vasco, Mann Filter and Joventud Mariana) and Paraguay (Olimpia Asuncion).
