Olimpia fired past San Jose to draw things even in the championship series. The game was mostly controlled by Olimpia. San Jose managed to win third quarter 23-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American forward Brandon Bowman (205-84, college: Georgetown, agency: David Lee Services) orchestrated the victory by scoring 26 points and 7 rebounds. The other American import power forward Roquez Johnson (201-92, college: Mississippi St.) contributed with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Olimpia's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward Scott Rogers (196, college: Trine) replied with 28 points and Panamanian center Jaime Lloreda (204-80, college: LSU) added 8 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for San Jose.
