San Jose (5-1) recorded its first loss in Asuncion on Thursday night. Hosts were edged by second ranked Libertad A. (4-2) 72-71. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of San Jose. In the last two games of round 10 Colonias G. was defeated by San Jose in Asuncion 81-75. Colonias G. lost to defending champion San Jose at home 71-78.



Sol de America - Libertad A. 68-97

Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Asuncion: Libertad A. (#2) and Sol de America (#4). Sol de America was smashed at home by 29 points 68-97 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. Libertad A. forced 24 Sol de America turnovers.
