After 3 rounds played we can already see who rules in the LNB and who belongs to weaker ones. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

Libertad A. defeated Atletico C. in Asuncion 92-78. It was a great evening for the former international Rodney Mercado (191-1999) who led his team to a victory scoring 24 points and 5 rebounds. International point guard Jorge Martinez (178-1998) helped adding 22 points and 4 assists. The best for the losing side was Alejandro Acosta with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds. Atletico C. will play next round against Sol de America trying to get back on the winning streak. It will be a derby game for which supporters look forward to, where their team will travel locally in Asuncion to the arena of Sol de America. Libertad A. will try to continue on its current victory against Olimpia K.. It will be extra interesting game as Olimpia K. is their local rival from Asuncion.

Felix Perez was crushed at home by 38 points 68-106 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. It was an exceptional evening for Argentinian forward Franco Benitez (199-1994) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists. Vincenzo Ochipinti accounted for 26 points and 5 rebounds. The former international swingman Jose Rolon (193-2000) came up with 17 points and 6 rebounds for Felix Perez in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The best player for the winners was Gabriel Peralta who had a double-double by scoring 18 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was Juan Poison who recorded a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds. Colonias G.'s coach Juan Bidarra rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Olimpia K.'s supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Asuncion to the arena Libertad A..

In the last game of round 3 winless Sol de America was destroyed by Campo Alto on the opponent's court 80-57.

Felix Perez - San Jose 68-106

Another exciting game was a derby match between two teams from Asuncion: San Jose (#3) and Felix Perez (#5). Felix Perez was crushed at home by 38 points 68-106 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. San Jose forced 19 Felix Perez turnovers and outrebounded them 40-21 including a 13-1 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Felix Perez's players. Campo Alto used a home court advantage and crushed the opponent from Asuncion 80-57 on Thursday night. Campo Alto forced 23 Sol de America turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Guillermo Osorio (192-1985) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international forward Nelson Peralta (198-1988) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Campo Alto players scored in double figures.
