Amambay tabs Jeferson Arguello

Club Social Amambay (D4) has signed Jeferson Arguello, a 23-year old Brazilian forward who holds dual passports. Standing at 198cm, he recently played for Libertad Asuncion in the LNB, where he averaged 4.6ppg, 4.2rpg, and 1.3apg in 16 games. Moving to D4, Arguello is expected to have a better fit and more opportunities to play.
He has also played professionally in Brazil (Maringa and Country), Paraguay (Encarnacion, Colonias, and Paranaense), and Brazil.
