Olimpia forced 20 Deportivo SJ turnovers. The former international Marta Peralta (171-1994) fired 25 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists and 6 steals for the winners. Antonella Luraghi (-2006) chipped in 22 points and 6 assists. Olimpia's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Micaela Sosa produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds for lost side. Olimpia have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 8-2 record having just two points less than leader Felix Perez. Deportivo SJ at the other side keeps the third place with four games lost.
Undefeated leader Felix Perez delivered the tenth consecutive victory. This time they crushed bottom-ranked Ciudad Nueva (0-8) 87-27 in Asuncion. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international guard Ximena Ibarra (172-2001) who helped to win the game recording 26 points. Johhana Giringhelli contributed with 12 points and 6 assists for the winners. Sol Piris replied with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds for Ciudad Nueva. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
