Sequera's double-double lands him Player of the Week award

36-year old forward Jorge Sequera (194-F-1988) had an amazing evening in the last round for Libertad Asuncion and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 11.
He had a double-double of 17 points and 12 rebounds, while his team beat Ciudad N. (#6, 2-6) 84-70. Libertad maintains the 4th position in Paraguayan league. Libertad is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 5-5 record. In the team's last game Sequera had a remarkable four three-pointers out of 6 attempts. He turned to be Libertad's top player in his first season with the team. Sequera has impressive league stats. But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The last thing Colonias needs is to lose another game like this one.
