Campo Alto dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to San Alfonso's 22. Campo Alto forced 19 San Alfonso turnovers and outrebounded them 44-30 including 33 on the defensive glass. Campo Alto looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Carlos Dos Santos fired a double-double by scoring 26 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Brazilian center Pedro Leopoldino (206-1998) chipped in 11 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Campo Alto players scored in double figures. Argentinian guard Nicolas Reyero (183-2004) produced 20 points and 7 assists and the former international Maxsuel Roque added 15 points and 10 rebounds respectively for lost side. Donatto Ferro chipped in 20 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals. Four Luqueno players scored in double figures. Elias Sanchez produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 15 rebounds and Diego Lopez added 4 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Newly promoted Luqueno maintains fourth position with 2-3 record. Central at the other side, also newcomer in the league, still closes the standings with five games lost.
