Wood number one in Paraguay LNB for round 4

American Jeremiah Wood (201-C/F-1985) had a great game in the last round for top-ranked Olimpia Kings, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
The 39-year old player had a double-double of 24 points and 18 rebounds, while his team beat Colonias (#2, 4-1) 78-73. It allowed Olimpia K. to take over top position in the Paraguayan LNB. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Olimpia K. already had a very good start winning all 5 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Wood had a remarkable 78.6% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Olimpia K. and just after two games he already turned to be a very valuable addition to the team. Jeremiah Wood has solid league stats. He is in league's top in points (2nd best: 22.5ppg) and averages impressive 71.4% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was Oscar Toro of Sportivo Luqueno. Toro had a very good evening with 31 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. He was another key player of Sportivo Luqueno, helping his team with a 112-48 easy win against Central (#6, 0-5). Ferro has a very solid season. In 5 games in Paraguay he scored 10.2ppg.
