Juarez's double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

24-year old center Alen Juarez (201-C-2000) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked Colonias Gold and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 6.
He had a double-double of 26 points and 12 rebounds, while his team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team Central (#6, 0-8) with 106-point margin 151-45. Colonias maintains the 2nd position in their group in the Paraguayan league. They are still close to the very top. Colonias would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 7-1 record. In the team's last game Juarez had a remarkable 90.9% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Colonias, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Alen Juarez averages this season 13.1ppg and 6.0rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Hugo Flores. He is a in his second season at Colonias. In the last game Flores recorded an impressive 23 points, 4 rebounds and 7 assists.
