Luis Sosa gets MVP of the Week award for Paraguayan LNB

Luis Sosa put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Sportivo Luqueno and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 8.
The had the game-high 31 points adding two rebounds and four assists for Luqueno in his team's victory, helping them to outclass, the league's bottom-ranked team Central (#6, 0-10) with 76-point margin 121-45. Luqueno is placed at 4th position in Paraguayan LNB. The season is in a full swing, so it's only a dream for the team to make it into top half of the standings. For contrary they may face relegation if the situation turns from bad to worse. Luqueno have already lost 7 games and recorded just three victories. In the team's last game Sosa had a remarkable 91.7% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Luqueno, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Luis Sosa averages this season 11.4ppg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Argentinian guard Nicolas Reyero (183-G-2004) of Basket San Alfonso. He was a key player of Campo Alto, leading his team to a 91-71 easy win against slightly lower-ranked San Alfonso (#5, 3-7). Godans has a very solid season. In 10 games in Paraguay he scored 13.9ppg. He also has 4.7rpg and a FGP of 59.2%.
