The game in was quite interesting. Campo Alto (8-6) played at the court of Amambay (6-6). Amambay defeated Campo Alto 73-63 on Friday. The best player for the winners was Brazilian guard Osmar Ventura (190-2004) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 15 rebounds. Alvaro Dominguez chipped in 21 points. At the other side the best for losing team was Kal Godans who recorded 11 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Amambay are looking forward to face Guairena (#10) in the next round. Campo Alto will play against San Alfonso (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Elias Martinez contributed with 14 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Diego Ortega answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds for Guairena. Ciudad N. will play against Luqueno (#8) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Guairena will play against Amambay to get more than just one victory in their record.

In the last game of round 3 bottom-ranked Luqueno was crushed by San Alfonso in a road game 67-47.
