Ruiz is back at Caxias do Sul, ex Olimpia K.

Caxias do Sul Basquete (NBB) added 23-year old Paraguayan international point guard Fabrizzio Ruiz (187cm-2002) to their roster for the new 2025-26 season. It is his comeback to Caxias do Sul as he has played here before. He played last season at Olimpia Kings in Paraguayan LNB league. Last season, he played for different teams and ended the season at Caxias do Sul in Brazilian NBB where in 35 games he had 8.2ppg, 3.0rpg, 3.5apg, and 1.1spg.
Ruiz has also been a member of the Paraguayan international program for some years. He has regularly played for the Paraguayan senior team since 2024 and previously for the Under 16 National Team in 2017.
Ruiz has played ppg in Paraguay (Sol de America and Libertad Asuncion) and Brazil (Blumenau and Cearense).
His team reached the Paraguayan Metropolitan League Clausura Semifinals in 2019.
