The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Asuncion: Felix Perez (#5) and Campo Alto (#7). Felix Perez (4-3) smashed visiting Campo Alto (2-5) by 33 points 91-58. Felix Perez looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Campo Alto's players. The best player for the winners was American Dominique Morrison (198-1989, college: ORU, agency: Haylett Sports) who scored 22 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Strings Anthony chipped in 14 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Colombian Carlos Morales (192-2001) produced 19 points and 9 rebounds for the guests. Amambay's coach used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Diego Ortega responded with 19 points. Amambay have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Felix Perez. Ciudad N. lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with seven games lost. Amambay will meet at home Felix Perez (#5) in the next round. Ciudad N. will have a break next round.
