Newly promoted Deportivo Campo Alto Asuncion (LNB) strengthened their roster with the addition of 25-year-old double-passport holder Brazilian 198cm forward Jeferson Arguello. It is actually his comeback to Asuncion as he has played here before. He played recently at Univ.Sucre in Bolivian Libobasquet.
