Lopez number one in Paraguay LNB for round 11

International Forward Adolfo Lopez (199-F-1989) had an amazing evening in the last round for Felix Perez Cardozo Asuncion, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 11.
The 36-year old player was the main contributor (15 points, nine rebounds and four assists) to his team's victory, helping them to outclass San Alfonso (#8, 1-10) with 33-point margin 89-56. Felix Perez maintains the 4th position in Paraguayan LNB. Felix Perez is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 5-6 record. It was one of impressive evenings for Lopez as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Adolfo Lopez averages this season 9.7ppg and 5.7rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was young international power forward Sebastian Galarza (185-PF-2001) of Atletico Ciudad Nueva. Galarza had a very good evening with a double-double of 18 points and 12 rebounds. Bad luck as Ciudad N. lost that game 55-75 to the higher-ranked Colonias (#3, 8-2). Ciudad N. managed to keep the same 7th spot in the standings. 9 lost games are too many comparing to just two victories Ciudad N. managed to get this year. Galarza is one of the most experienced players at Ciudad N. and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last round was Tiago Tischler of Colonias Gold (#3). Tischler showcased his all-around game by recording 13 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Colonias, leading his team to a 75-55 easy win against the lower-ranked Ciudad N. (#7, 2-9). Colonias is closer and closer to top of the standings. They will still need more victories. But 8-2 record is not that bad... Tischler has a very solid season. In 10 games in Paraguay he scored 5.7ppg.
