Liga Claretiana Huancayo (LNB) agreed terms with 31-year old Cuban guard Santiago Penalver (185-83kg-88). The last time (18) he played at UCP Iquitos in Peruvian TNA league. Penalver missed last season and had one year break from professional basketball.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Penalver's team won Cuban LSB Regular Season in 2008 and 2013.
He has played previously for three other teams: Guantanamo, Metropolitanos and Capitalinos.
