Circolo (Liga de Lima) agreed terms with Consuelo Velez. The last time (2018) she played at Faraday in Peruvian Liga Nacional.
She previously for played also at Regatas. Velez won Peruvian Liga Nacional championship title in 2015, 2016 and 2018.
