LNB 2023 - Group A - Liga Claretiana finished undefeated at the top

Peru's Liga Nacional de Baloncesto (LNB) started its 2023 Men's Tournament and the third matchday of Group A games, played in Huancayo, saw Liga Claretiana (3-0) finished undefeated at the top to advance to the next round, winning for the thirs straight day, this time against Real Amistad (1-2), while the hosts Sherekhan Huancayo (1-2) saved honor with a win over Dinamico (1-2), 75-66.
Liga Claretiana's top scorer was, once again, Venezuelan Reimer Machado (185-G-1989), who netted 30 points. He got help from Santiago Penalver (185-G-1988), who scored 18 points. For Real Amistad, Alvin Nance (196-F-1987, college: Philander Smith) scored 21 points and Nito Roca added 9 points.
Sherekhan Huancayo took advantage of a very effective offensive by players Raul Marin with 17 points, Luis Garcia with 16 points and Sthefennson Campos with 15 more.
For Dinamico, Samir Llovera netted 26 points and Sebastian Molero finished up with 10.
Next up will be Group B between Antarqui, EDECH, San Marcos and Universitario (November 10th - November 12th) in Tacna.
