Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Puerto Ricans who are currently playing abroad.

Maurice Harkless
Maurice Harkless
#1. This week's number one is former international swingman Maurice Harkless (203-93, college: St.John's, currently plays in NBA). He led Portland Trail Blazers to an easy victory against the Oklahoma City Thunder (49-33) crushing them 114-94 in the NBA last Tuesday. Harkless scored 14 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. The Portland Trail Blazers have a solid 53-29 record this season. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. It's Harkless' fourth year with the team. He has relatively good stats this season: 7.7ppg, 4.6rpg, 1.2apg, 1.1spg, 2FGP: 57.7%(165-286), 3FGP: 27.2% and FT: 66.2%. Harkless has a dual citizenship: Puerto Rican and American. He played for the Puerto Rican senior national team three years ago. Strangely Harkless has never played in Puerto Rico.

Shabazz Napier
Shabazz Napier
#2. Second place goes to former international point guard Shabazz Napier (185-91, college: Connecticut, currently plays in NBA). He could not help the Brooklyn Nets (42-40) in their last game. Despite Napier's good performance the Brooklyn Nets (42-40) were crushed 145-123 on the road by the Philadelphia 76ers. He scored 13 points in only a mere 10 minutes. It's Napier's first season with the team. This year Napier has relatively solid stats: 9.3ppg, 1.8rpg, 2.5apg, 2FGP: 45.2%, 3FGP: 33.8% and FT: 83.1% in 58 games he played so far. He is another player who holds two passports: Puerto Rican and American. Napier played for the Puerto Rican national team in 2016. Apparently he has never played in Puerto Rico.

Ramon Clemente
Ramon Clemente
#3. The Puerto Rican player who performed third best last week abroad was an experienced international power forward Ramon Clemente (200-85, college: Wichita St., currently plays in Argentina). Clemente contributed to an easy victory against the 13th-ranked Olimpico de La Banda (13-18) 91-72 in the Argentinian La Liga in Thursday night's game. He scored 8 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. San Lorenzo de Almagra (24-3) is placed first in the La Liga. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This season Clemente averages: 4.3ppg, 3.2rpg, 2FGP: 35.4%, 3FGP: 33.3% and FT: 66.7%. He has both American and Puerto Rican nationalities. Clemente is also a member of the Puerto Rican senior national team. He used to play for Indios de Mayaguez in Puerto Rican league.

Gary Browne
Gary Browne
#4. Guard Gary Browne (185-93, college: WVU, currently plays in Israel) was not able to help Ironi Nes-Ziona in their game against Hapoel Jerusalem (19-7) in the Israeli Winner League. He scored 7 points and added 6 assists. Ironi Nes-Ziona was crushed 100-73 in Jerusalem by the second-ranked Hapoel. They ended the series of three consecutive victories. Browne has reliable stats this season: 14.5ppg, 5.3rpg, 4.8apg and 1.1spg. He also holds two passports: Puerto Rican and American. Browne is also Puerto Rican national team player. He used to play for Coamo in Puerto Rican league.

The list of other players, who all have Puerto Rican passport but never been selected to any of Puerto Rican national teams:

#1. Experienced Walter Hodge (183-PG-86, college: Florida, currently plays in Lebanon) could not help Homentmen (12-4) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Homentmen lost 72-76 in a derby game to the lower-ranked (#4) Beirut Club. Hodge was the top scorer with 35 points. He also added 8 passes in 39 minutes. It's Hodge's first season with the team. Hodge has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 22.1ppg, 3.5rpg, 6.9apg and 1.4spg in 21 games he played so far. Hodge has a dual citizenship: U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rican.

Emanuel Ubilla (188-PG-86, agency: Court Side, college: Fair Dickinson, currently plays in Hungary) led Kaposvari to a victory over the fourth-ranked TF Budapest (2-26) 86-81 in the Hungarian A Division last Wednesday. Ubilla was MVP of the game. He scored 25 points, had 5 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 35 minutes. Kaposvari KK (13-15) is placed first in Places 11-14 group. There are only four games left until the end of the Second Stage. So now every game will be critical. Ubilla has reliable stats this year: 14.9ppg, 4.6rpg, 5.3apg and 1.4spg in 19 games.
