Jones number one in Puerto Rico BSN for week 15

American Power forward Terrence Jones (206-F/C-1992) had a very impressive game in the last week for second-ranked Fajardo, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for week 15.
The 29-year old player had a double-double of 26 points and 15 rebounds, while his team beat Guaynabo (#4, 8-10) 88-80. Fajardo is placed at 2nd position in Puerto Rican BSN. Fajardo is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 8-9 record. In the team's last game Jones had a remarkable 60.0% from 2-point range and got three three-pointers out of 6 attempts. He just recently signed at Fajardo, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Terrence Jones averages this season 18.9ppg and 9.1rpg.

The second best player in last week's games was young U.S. Virgin Islands power forward Jordan Murphy (200-F/C-1997) of league's leader Ponce. Murphy had a very good evening with a double-double of 25 points and 10 rebounds. Of course Ponce cruised to a 101-94 relatively comfortable win over the lower-ranked Mayaguez (#5, 9-11). Of course Ponce still keep Group A's top spot. His team has currently 12-6 record. Murphy is one of the most experienced players at Ponce and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last week was American forward Jordan Cintron (203-F-1998) of Mayaguez (#5). Cintron scored 20 points and grabbed seven rebounds. Despite Cintron's great performance Mayaguez lost 94-101 to the higher-ranked Ponce (#1, 12-6). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Mayaguez ranking at the top of Group A, however are very questionable as they have already lost 11 games, recording just nine victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Cintron could help Mayaguez to bring them higher in the standings. Cintron has a very solid season. In 18 games in Puerto Rico he scored 7.6ppg. He also has 6.8rpg and FGP: 52.1%.

8. Jahvari Josiah (193-G/F-1993) of Guayama - 21 points and 4 rebounds
9. Jared Ruiz (188-G-1992) of Mayaguez - 27 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists
10. Gian Clavell (193-G-1993) of Santurce - 20 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists
