Santurce keeps Salaman for another season

Dayshalee Salaman

Cangrejeras de Santurce (BSNF) re-signed experienced 34-year-old ex-international 163cm point guard Dayshalee Salaman (college: LMU). She has played there for the last three seasons.
Salaman also represented Puerto Rico at the Olympic Games in Tokyo (Japan) three years ago. During this event she scored an average of 2.3 ppg and had 1.3 rpg.
She is a very experienced player. Thanks to pro basketball, she experienced life in four different countries playing on three different continents. Salaman is familiar with European, Latin American, and of course North American leagues. She has played professionally in Argentina (Obras), Mexico (Lobas and Barreteras), Sweden (IK Eos), and Puerto Rico (Leonas, Atenienses, and Aguada).
Salaman has played in the final of the Argentinian La Liga Apertura in 2018. She was voted to the Puerto Rican BSNF All-Star Game in 2021.
She attended Lincoln Memorial University until 2010 and it'll be her 15th (!!!) season in pro basketball.
