Teana Muldrow, 28-year old American forward from the Carolina Gigantes, was named the Player of the Year at the Baloncesto Superior Nacional Femenino. She graduated from the West Virginia six years ago. Muldrow received multiple other awards, was voted the Forward of the Year, Import Player of the Year and was selected to the First Team. Her best performance made her team reach the finals but they unfortunately lost against Santurce 2 to 3. Muldrow was previously named to Honorable Mention back in 2022 and chosen to the First Team last year. She was the Player of the Week honoree in the league. Muldrow averaged 19 points and 9 rebounds per game in the league. She has totalled 13 games of 20 or more points and recorded double-doubles in 11 games on the year. Muldrow's 30 points against Hatillo were the most she scored in the 2024 season. 9 out of the top 10 highest scorers in the league are alumni of US colleges. Muldrow's team was the regular season runner-up in the Puerto Rican BSNF in 2023.
Pamela Rosado, 38-year old point guard from the Morovis Montaneras, was selected as the Guard of the Year of Baloncesto Superior Nacional Femenino. She collected multiple other honors, was honored as the Domestic Player of the Year and was named to the First Team. Rosado previously earned a spot in the First Team eight times, Player of the Year back in 2013 and 2015, Guard of the Year three times, Domestic Player of the Year five times in the past, Defensive Player of the Year back in 2018 and Second Team last year. She received Player of the Week award in the league. Rosado's playmaking prowess was on full display as she secured the second position in assists per game averaging almost 8. She also registered almost 19 points per game that season in the league. Rosado has totalled 6 games of 20 or more points and had double-doubles in 5 games on the year. Her 39 points against Lares were the most she scored in the 2024 season. 9 out of the top 10 highest scorers in the league are alumni of US colleges. Among many awards she won the Puerto Rican BSNF championship title in 2009 and 2019.
Alexis Jennings, 28-year old American power forward from the Moca, earned the Center of the Year at the Baloncesto Superior Nacional Femenino. She is the University of South Carolina alumna from 2019. Jennings was also voted to the First Team. She previously picked up the Forward of the Year, and selected to the First Team back in 2022 and Second Team last year. Jennings' masterful distribution skills earned her the second spot in points per game with an impressive average of over 21 and third spot in rebounds per game, delivering an average of almost 11. She has totalled 13 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 2 games. Jennings logged double-doubles in 16 games during the event. Her 33 points against Isabela were the most she scored in the 2024 season. 9 out of the top 10 highest scorers in the league are alumni of US colleges. She won the Puerto Rican BSNF championship title in 2022.
India Pagan, 25-year old forward from the Manati Atenienses, was named the Newcomer of the Year of Baloncesto Superior Nacional Femenino. She is ex-Stony Brook from 2022. Pagan was also chosen to the First Team. She registered almost 17 points and 8 rebounds per game over the season in the league. Pagan has totalled 6 games of 20 or more points and notched double-doubles in 7 games on the year. Her 28 points against Moca were the most she scored in the 2024 season. Pagan's college team won the AEC Tournament in 2021.
The standout American guard Kamaria McDaniel was named to the First Team of the championship-winning the Santurce Cangrejeras. She is alumna of the Michigan State from 2023. With McDaniel's excellent performance, the Santurce Cangrejeras achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 13 to 3 in the regular season. McDaniel's excellent performance assisted her team in beating Carolina 3 to 2 in the final series. She averaged almost 17 points and 4 assists per game in the league. McDaniel has totalled 7 games of 20 or more points on the year. Her 22 points against Carolina were the most she scored in the 2024 season. Among many awards McDaniel's team won the Big 12 Regular Season in 2022. She was selected to the All-Big Ten Second Team back in 2020.
