MARI GROUP Riva Basket (SBL) signed 23-year old American center Gabby Smalls (178cm-2001, college: Austin Peay). Smalls played this summer at Cangrejeras de Santurce in Puerto Rican BSNF. But in 17 games just recently she had only 1.9ppg and 1.2rpg. She helped them to win the BSNF title.
Smalls represented USA at the Centrobasket in San Salvador (El Salvador) three years ago. Smalls' team won Gold and her stats at that event were 4 games: 4.5ppg, 3.5rpg.
She graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2024 and it will be her first season as a professional player. Smalls played also for Saint Joseph's University for 3 years.
