Gigantes were defeated by Atenienses in a tough game at home 64-68. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Gigantes. Manati made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game, while Carolina only scored three points from the stripe. The best player for the winners was the former international point guard Pamela Rosado (165-1986) who scored 13 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Newly promoted Monarcas maintains fifth position with 6-6 record. Moca at the other side keeps the second place with four games lost.
