Soufriere, Corinth cruise to semi finals after blowout victories over Entrepot, Ciceron

Inter schools under-19 basketball competition continued Friday November 1, 2019 with the following outcomes. Soufriere Comprehensive Secondary School won handsomely over Entrepot Secondary 49-5 while Corinth Secondary also dominated Ciceron secondary 55-8. The Seventh Day Adventist academy emerged victorious over Patricia James Secondary School 44-36 in a keenly contested encounter. Semi final matches are set for Tuesday November 5. The first semi-final will see Saint Mary's College taking on Soufriere while Sir Atrthur Lewis Community College awaits the outcome of a game Monday between Choiseul Secondary and Leon Hess Comprehensive to determine their opponents in the second semi-final. Finals and third place play-off are set for Thursday November 7 at the Vigie Multi-Purpose Sports Complex. Third place jump ball is at 1:00 pm and the final scheduled for 2:30 pm.
