Puerto Rico destroyed Saint Vincent for perfect 2-0 in Group B. It was an expected win for the strong Puerto Rico team, whose main goal is to take this championship. Saint Vincent on the other side already lost the chance to reach the Semifinals and they will probably end this stage winless. Michelle Pacheco (173-G-88) came up with 22 points and 8 assists in victory. She was the MVP of this game with valuation 31. Jazmine Sepulveda (175-G-85, agency: Merit Sports, college: S.Florida) had 18 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists, while Sandra Garcia (191-F-90) added 15 pts. In defeat, Sorayah Williams (84) shined with 17 points and 5 rebounds. The second scorer was Tenicha Gittens (163-G-81) with 8 points.
What to say for this game. Puerto Rico simply was better in all basketball elements. Saint Vincent players were not able to resists against strong PUR and faced with huge 130-32 defeat. Quarters in this game: 37-9, 24-7, 39-8 and 30-8.
