Eurobasket names Sancho Lyttle (193-C-83, college: Houston) Player of the Year in EuroLeague as Vincentian-Spanish player had an outstanding season abroad. Sancho Lyttle and her Halcon Avenida steals the 5th straight title from Spartak at the EuroLeague Women Final.
