Dominican Republic celebrated in their first appearance in Nassau. They handed 82-68 loss to Saint Vincent for 1-0 record at the CBC Championship 2011. On the other side, Saint Vincent dropped to 0-2. They failed in Day One against Bahamas 47-52. Carmen Guzman (175-G-85, agency: Merit Sports, college: UAB) exploded with 28 points and 5 assists for the winners.
