Ruckers outgunned SCVU to regain the lead in the championship series. Ruckers dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to SCVU's 32. Ruckers forced 21 SCVU turnovers. It was a good game for guard Winston Bosk (190-77) who led his team to a victory with 14 points and 7 rebounds. The former international Xavier Elburg (196-96) contributed with 13 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. International forward Earvin De-Randamie (190-92) answered with 21 points and 8 rebounds and Xavero Struiken added 12 points in the effort for SCVU. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
