De Arend upset BCW 62-49 on the road in the opener. Amare Noughient came up with 21 points to lead the visitors. Beyonce Jedinie answered with game-high 26 points for BCW.
Yellow Birds rallied past SCVU 66-46 behind 25 points from Cheniqua Pengel.
