Yellow Birds reached the Finals in Surinam. They swept the Semifinal series against BCW 2-0.
In Game 1 Yellow Birds overcame BCW 65-55. They dominated the majority of the game to seal the win. In Game 2 Yellow Birds posted a 69-58 win to reach the Final. Pengel, Chayenne Naarden (1992) and Martiena Monkou scored 22, nineteen to ten points in double digits for Yellow Birds.
