Ferragudo tabs Chervelle Cox

Acd Ferragudo Basquetebol Lagoa (Divisao I) inked 30-year old Trinidad and Tobago ex-international 186cm forward Chervelle Cox (college: Central State), agency: Jones Sports International for upcoming season. Cox played last summer at Escaramuzas in Mexican LMBPF. In 11 games she averaged impressive 21.4ppg, 11.3rpg, 1.9apg and 2.7spg.
She also represented Trinidad and Tobago at the CBC Championship for Women in Tortola (British Virgin Islands) eight years ago. Her team got to the Semifinals and her stats at that event were 3 games: 3.3ppg, 5.0rpg, 1.0spg.
Cox is a very experienced player. She has quite traveled the world as her pro career brought her to six different countries on four different continents (Europe, Latin America, Australia and of course North America). Cox has played previously professionally also in Australia (Seahawks), France (Dijon), Spain (Barakaldo), Kosovo (Bashkimi) and Portugal (Benfica).
She graduated from Central State in 2019 and it will be her fourth season in pro basketball.
