1st Fiesta Female League Big 4

The stage is set for the Big 4 Showdown. With the completion of the 5th rounds of competition down at the Southern Regional Indoor Sporting Arena in Pleasantville on Sunday the stage has been set for what is expected to be an exciting big four in the first edition of the Fiesta Female League 2023.

With yet another convincing win in their final group stage game, the MILO Vipers have secured the number one seeding after defeating the WiPAY Sparks 41 pts to 26 pts, Led by their young Skipper Mya Raymond with 15pts while Mikea Bramble had a solid 10pts. Another solid performance by point guard Carrisa Ramdial who had 21 pts on the evening to secure the second seed for the Republic Bans Stars as they defeated the Next Level Comets 38 pts to 23 pts. The Sunshine Snacks held on to win in overtime with a nail-biting finish to secure the third seed. Melissa Pierre had 10pts while Ayjah Brown scored seven of her nine points in the overtime period to carry the Warriors over the finish line. With two wins the NLP Comets have secured the 4th spot in the big four action.

Big 4 action starts on Sunday 26th February at the Woodbrook Youth Facility from 1pm. With the one-seeded Vipers taking on the fourth-seeded Comets at 1 pm. While the second and third seed will square off at 3 pm.

1. NLP Comets 23 pts vs RLB STARS 38pts

2. WiPAY SPARKS 26 pts vs MILO VIPERS 41 pts

3. Sunshine Snacks WARRIORS 34 pts vs Digicel WILDCATS 29pts
