Defending champion GIE Maile Matrix tabbed 22-year old guard C.J. Foster (190-84kg-95, college: Arkansas State). He started the season at HAB Sonics in Turks and Caicos P.A.B.A..

Among other achievements Foster was selected to Latinbasket.com All-Mitchell Americas Cup 2nd Team in 2018.

He graduated from Arkansas State in 2017 and it is his first season in pro basketball.
