Best players of United Cup round 2 (by Hoops Agents)

Experienced Yadira Polanco (178-G/F-1992) put on an amazing game in the last round for Fenix and that's her to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 2.
The 31-year old swingman had the game-high 9 points adding ten rebounds and two assists for Fenix in her team's victory, helping them to beat Indias (#4, 0-3), the league's bottom-ranked team 64-57. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Thanks to this victory Fenix moved-up to the 3rd position in United Cup. Fenix is currently ranked second from the bottom. They need more victories to improve their 1-2 record. Polanco has many years of experience at Fenix, through which she has constantly improved. Polanco has impressive league stats. The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was another Fenix's star - young forward Dariana Santos (180-F-1991). Puthoff-King attended one of camps at Eurobasket Summer League on her way to pro basketball.
