Equipo Femenino Fenix (UNIDA Super Liga) signed American swingman Sydni Tears (183cm, college: Talladega) for upcoming 2024-25 season. Tears played most recently at Catz in Finnish Korisliga. In 13 Korisliiga games she had 14.9ppg, 5.8rpg, 1.0apg and 1.2spg in 2022-23 year.

She graduated from Talladega College in 2022 and actually missed last season. It will be her third season as a professional player. Tears was voted to NAIA All-Americans Team in 2021 and 2022. She played for other colleges like: Life University, Johnson County Community College, Odessa College.
