    Malvin celebrate LUB title - May 30, 2018

    Malvin are the LUB champions. They topped Aguada in the decisive seventh game of the championship series. It was a great shooting night for Malvin especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.9 percentage. 25 personal fouls committed by Aguada helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Naturalized Brazilian center Hatila Passos (211-85, college: N.Mexico St.) fired a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Naturalized Italian guard Nicolas Mazzarino (184-75) chipped in 18 points. American center Andrew Feeley (205-83, college: UMBC) produced 26 points and naturalized Italian guard Federico Bavosi (185-81, agency: Pro Sports) added 15 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Five Malvin and four Aguada players scored in double figures.
