Stan Scott, 25-year old American guard from the Club Atletico Olimpia Montevideo, earned the Player of the Year at the Torneo Metropolitano. He graduated from the MSSU two years ago. Scott received multiple other awards, picked up the Guard of the Year, Import Player of the Year, and earned a spot in the First Team and Imports Team. He was the Player of the Week honoree in the league. Scott averaged almost 17 points and over 7 rebounds per game in the league. He has totalled 11 games of 20 or more points and recorded double-doubles in 4 games on the year. Scott's 29 points against Montevideo were the most he scored in the 2024 season. He played in the final of the MIAA Tournament in 2020.
The standout American small forward Zoran Talley was named the Finals MVP of the championship-winning Goes Montevideo. He is an an Iowa State alumni from 2019. Talley collected multiple other honors, was voted to the First Team and Imports Team and Domestic Players Team. His excellent performance assisted his team in beating Union Atletica Montevideo 82 to 71 in the final. Talley showcased his talent by ranking fourth in points per game with an average of almost 21. Okanu Kingsley, American power forward from the Union Atletica Montevideo, was voted the Forward of the Year of Torneo Metropolitano. He is ex GVSU from 2023. Kingsley received multiple other awards, was selected to the First Team and Imports Team. His best performance made his team reach the final but they were defeated by the Goes 71 to 82. Kingsley received Player of the Week award in the league. He recorded over 18 points and almost 9 rebounds per game over the season in the league. Kingsley has totalled 13 games of 20 or more points and logged double-doubles in 11 games on the year. His 29 points against the Larranaga were the most he scored in the 2024 season. He played in the final of the NJCAA D1 Central District in 2020.

Gustavo Barrera, 39-year old Spaniard guard from the Lagomar Canelones Montevideo, was honored as the Defensive Player of the Year of Torneo Metropolitano. He collected multiple other honors, earned the Domestic Player of the Year, and was voted to the First Team and Domestic Players Team. Barrera recorded almost 8 points per game that season in the league. He led the Metropolitan in assists per game with almost 7. Barrera registered double-doubles in 3 games at the event. His 16 points against the Bohemios were the most he scored in the 2024 season. He won the Carioca League championship title in 2020.
