 Stan Scott, 25-year old American guard from the Club Atletico Olimpia Montevideo, earned the Player of the Year at the Torneo Metropolitano.
He graduated from the MSSU two years ago.
Scott received multiple other awards, picked up the Guard of the Year, Import Player of the Year, and earned a spot in the First Team and Imports Team.
He was the Player of the Week honoree in the league.
Scott averaged almost 17 points and over 7 rebounds per game in the league.
He has totalled 11 games of 20 or more points and recorded double-doubles in 4 games on the year.
Scott's 29 points against Montevideo were the most he scored in the 2024 season.
He played in the final of the MIAA Tournament in 2020.
The standout American small forward Zoran Talley was named the Finals MVP of the championship-winning Goes Montevideo.
He is an an Iowa State alumni from 2019.
