   #1. This week's number one is former U17 international center Rogelio De Leon (205-89, currently plays in Argentina). He led Rocamora to a victory against the third-ranked Centro Espanol Plottier (15-15) 78-72 in the Argentinian La Liga Argentina (second division) in Friday night's game. De Leon scored 13 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 20 minutes on the court. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in group South - C.South. Tomas de Rocamora (16-11) is placed third. It was his team's first victory after four consecutive loses. De Leon has relatively good stats this year: 10.5ppg, 5.0rpg, 2FGP: 83.3% and FT: 57.1% in two games he played so far. He played for the Uruguayan U17 national team fourteen years ago.

   #2. Second place goes to an international point guard Santiago Vidal (180-89, agency: Pro Sports, currently plays in Spain). Vidal could not help Ourense (14-9) to beat Castello (9-14). He recorded 6 points. Ourense was defeated 82-72 at home by the much lower-ranked Castello (#13). It's Vidal's first season with the team. This year Vidal averages: 7.3ppg, 3.7rpg, 5.2apg, 1.5spg, 2FGP: 43.2%, 3FGP: 35.2% and FT: 54.5%. He is in the roster of the Uruguayan senior national team.

   #3. The Uruguayan player who performed third best last week abroad was former international forward Maximiliano Sole (197-88, currently plays in Spain). Sole managed to help Real Madrid II in a victory against the seventh-ranked Quintanar (11-10) crushing them 91-66 in the Spanish EBA (fourth division) last Saturday. He recorded only 4 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 13 minutes. Real Madrid II (17-4) is placed second in Group B. It was his team's sixth consecutive victory in a row. This year Sole's overall stats are: 4.3ppg, 3.7rpg, 1.3apg, 2FGP: 56.8%(25-44), 3FGP: 13.3% and FT: 68.4% in 16 games. He has a dual citizenship: Uruguayan and Greek. Sole played for the Uruguayan national team four years ago.

   #4. Forward Matias Guerra (201-92, currently plays in Spain) was the major contributor in a Palma II's victory against the 12th-ranked Martinenc (6-11) 84-76 in the Spanish EBA (fourth division) on Saturday night. He recorded a double-double by scoring 15 points and getting 11 rebounds. Palma Air Europa II (8-9) is placed eighth in Group C-B. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This season Guerra has relatively solid stats: 12.2ppg, 8.2rpg and 1.1apg. He is another player who holds two passports: Uruguayan and Italian. Guerra used to play for the Uruguayan U18 national team back in 2010.

   #5. Former U18 international small forward Rodrigo Deus (196-97, currently plays in Spain) contributed to an easy victory against the fourth-ranked Almeria (12-7) 90-73 in the Spanish EBA (fourth division) in Saturday night's game. He had a double-double by scoring 14 points and getting 10 rebounds in 24 minutes. CB Cazorla Jaen Paraiso Interior (9-9) is placed fifth in Group D-A. The Regular Season already ended. This year Deus' total stats are: 4.6ppg and 3.5rpg in 19 games. He has both Uruguayan and Spanish nationalities. Deus used to play for the Uruguayan U18 national team five years ago.

   #1. Agustin Zuvich (201-F/C-95, currently plays in Argentina) contributed to a Gimnasia LP's victory against the sixth-ranked Progreso (11-15) 94-87 in the Argentinian La Liga Argentina (second division) last Sunday. Zuvich recorded a double-double by scoring 10 points and getting the same number of rebounds. He also added 6 assists. Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata (9-19) is placed eighth in South - C.South group. It's Zuvich's first season with the team. This year Zuvich has relatively solid stats: 11.3ppg, 9.0rpg, 1.7apg and 1.3spg. He has a dual citizenship: Argentinian and Uruguayan.

   #2. Emiliano Giano (180-PG-89, currently plays in Spain) was the major contributor in Navarra's victory against the fifth-ranked Azpeitia ISB (13-9) 80-72 in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division) on Saturday night. Giano recorded 11 points in a mere 16 minutes. Basket Navarra (15-7) is placed first in West group. This year Giano averages: 3.3ppg and 1.5rpg in four games he played so far. He is another player who holds two passports: Italian and Uruguayan.

ANTHONY DANRIDGE Toros de Aragua (LPB) signed 33-year old American forward Anthony Danridge (196-86kg-86, college: N.Mexico). He moved there from Nacional in Uruguayan LUB league where he started the season. In 38 games he had very impressive stats: 21.0ppg, 3.1rpg and 2.9apg this season.
