Urunday topped Trouville to force the decider. 27 personal fouls committed by Trouville helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The winners were led by American power forward Chaz Crawford (207-84, college: Drexel) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds and the other American import forward Tyrone Lee (204-90, college: Grand Valley St.) supported him with 17 points and 9 rebounds. Four Urunday Univ. players scored in double figures. Even 17 points by American guard Donald Robinson (193-89, college: WVU Tech) did not help to save the game for Trouville. Venezuelan forward Miguel Ruiz (197-90, agency: Pro Sports) added 2 points and 13 rebounds for lost side. Trouville's coach Alvaro Tito rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
