Ferro CS upset Nacional FC on the road to gain 2-1 lead in the Finals. It was a great evening for Brazilian power forward Diego Dias Silva (207-1990) who led his team to a victory scoring 5 points, 12 rebounds and 7 assists. Forward Andres Caballero (187-1996) helped adding 9 points and 8 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American forward Jeremy Ireland (200-1996, college: Elmhurst) with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 17 rebounds and power forward Gaston de los Santos (196-1992) scored 20 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
