Club Atletico Olimpia Montevideo (Metropolitan) inked 25-year old American 193cm guard Stan Scott (college: MSSU). Scott moved there from U.Atletica. The last season he played at CEB Puerto Montt in Chilean LNB where in 24 Metropolitan games he averaged impressive 16.9ppg, 6.5rpg, 1.8apg and 1.4spg.
He has played previously professionally in Argentina (Platense) and Paraguay (Felix Perez). His team made it to the Horizon League Tournament Semifinals in 2018 and 2019.
Scott was voted to All-MIAA Honorable Mention in 2022.
He graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 2022 and it will be his second season in pro basketball. Scott played also for Oakland University for 2 years.
