Malvin - Aguada 76-83

Worth to mention a great performance of American Donald Sims (190-1987, college: App State, agency: Pensack Sports) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 4 assists. Guard Santiago Vidal (180-1989) contributed with 16 points and 8 assists for the winners. Naturalized Italian point guard Lucas Capalbo (175-2000, college: Odessa JC) replied with 13 points and 7 assists and American guard Carlton Guyton (190-1990, college: Kent St.) added 19 points in the effort for Malvin. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.

Defensor was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of Brazilian Joao Cardoso (200-2000) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) and American-Dominican center James Feldeine (193-1988, college: Quinnipiac) who added 24 points during the contest. Nacional's coach Alvaro Ponce allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. At the losing side American swingman Dexter McClanahan (193-1997, college: Nicholls) responded with 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Facundo Terra (187-1998) scored 10 points and 6 assists. Four Nacional and five Defensor players scored in double figures.
