Ledoux number one in Uruguayan Liga de Ascenso for round 9

American Guard Jacob Ledoux (190-G-1997, agency: 6th Man Basketball Agency) had a great game in the last round for Club Atletico Marne Montevideo, receiving a Hoops Agents Liga de Ascenso Player of the Week award for round 9.
The 27-year old player got a double-double of 33 points and 10 assists, while his team edged out Stockolmo (#6, 4-3) 103-99. Marne is placed at 7th position in Uruguayan Liga de Ascenso. Marne is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 4-4 record. In the team's last game Ledoux had a remarkable 63.6% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Marne, being already a very valuable addition to the team. He also registered 9.9 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was Sergio Conceicao of league's top team Larre Borges Montevideo. Conceicao scored 18 points and grabbed 11 rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of L.Borges, leading his team to a 63-58 win against #3 ranked Atenas in a game of the week. L.Borges confirms their top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 6 victories and 2 lost games. Conceicao has a great season in Uruguay. After only 8 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 10.9rpg (2nd best). He also has 3.0bpg and a FGP of 56.1%.
